Software Developer - Full Stack

Job Description & Responsibilities
BAKERi Retail Sciences is looking for a  Software Developer - Full Stack who will support our product development team by
● Creating API-based integrations with multiple data sources
● Finding and correcting data and process issues while building data pipelines

● Organizing large data sets in a way that is useful for further processing by rule-based algorithms.

● Also be required to run SQL & no-SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation, as well as setup & manage the data/ cloud infrastructure needed to host & process this data, when needed.


Data Analyst - Junior & Senior Position

Job Description & Responsibilities
BAKERi Retail Sciences is looking for a Data Engineer who will
support our product development team with the following activities
● Data collection, cleaning and mining from multiple sources, and
making it suitable for interpretation & pattern identification
● Running SQL & no-SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation from large & complex data sets, in a way that is useful for further processing by rule-based algorithms or Machine Learning based  models.
● Creating visualizations, including dashboards, flowcharts, and graphs to relay business concepts
● Lead moderately complex initiatives within Technology and contribute to large scale data processing framework initiatives related to enterprise strategy deliverables
● Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational or
technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable

● Oversee the data integration work, including developing a data model, maintaining a data warehouse and analytics environment, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis
● Resolve moderately complex issues and lead teams to meet data
engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of data information policies, procedures and compliance requirements
● Collaborate and consult with colleagues and managers to resolve data engineering issues and achieve strategic goals


Brand Experience

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated Analytical ability, in professional experience (data analysis)" and "Knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, sales and productivity tools like Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce is a plus

  • Experienced in online marketing, website management, and account management.

  • Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in Ecommerce.

  • Interested in processes involved in eCommerce.

  • Outstanding communication skills.

  • Exposure to eCommerce websites & UI/UX to ensure an in-depth understanding of the business & services.

  • Having knowledge of Google AdWords & Facebook AdWords.

  • An evolved understanding of the Fashion, Luxury & Lifestyle categories, as well as Brand Communications.

  • Familiar with Brand management, Web analytics, Catalogue Management, Web Development and User experience analysis and design

  • Ability to thrive in chaos, while being organised and detail oriented, driven by curiosity and innovation.



Job Description & Responsibilities

  •  Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles

  • Good knowledge of GST,TDS and PF - Prepare budget and financial forecasts

  • Conduct month-end and year-end close process - Collect, analyze and summarize account information

  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc

  • Develop periodic reports for management

  • Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures

  • Keep information confidential and secure them with regular database backups

  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

  • Manage agendas/appointments etc. for the upper management

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
